X-Rated and eXposed

Since my most popular post remains Spider-Man’s Balls, I decided to push the envelope again.

Mothers of male dogs, has this happened to you? You post an adorable photo of your baby boy, only to realize later that he has, um, exposed himself?

To maintain some sense of propriety, the following are the sanitized photos of Leo. Click on each to see the offensive X-rated original image.

Taken with my iPod, I posted this one at first without looking closely.
leo yoda
Charmed by his Yoda smile, I didn’t notice he was letting it all hang out.
fall leo
This is the worst offender. Fortunately, I noticed it while shooting, and adjusted my composition for the rest of the photos.
Camping with the kids
I put this picture in a wall calendar I gave Rob and his parents, and used it for months on the Rhymes with Safari about page before I noticed that Leo had exposed himself. Click to see the original.

X is for X-rated.

  1. Bwahahaha indeed…manys the time Forrest in particular has ‘risen to the occasion’ ….bless him…I do ask him to behave but hey….he’s a boy….he’s in the outsdoors…and as a mum I just go with the flow….I had three human boys…takes a bit to really make me notice anymore bwhahaahah 🙂 hugs Fozziemum

  2. How is it that I’ve not read Spider-man’s Balls until now? Freaking hilarious ! Way to push the envelope 🙂 loved this one to but had no desire to see the original photos.

  3. hahahahahahahaha!!!!!! Yes! Oh god yes! All to often!!!! And we focus on their face while taking the photos, so we never notice till it’s to late! I don’t know how you edited that out of your pictures though. I am not much of a photo editor. If you have any tips I would love to hear them!
And…….ok….so I have no idea why I felt the need to click on the X rated versions of these!!!!! I was compelled for some reason! SHeesh!
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!

  4. YEP!
When Moses was a puppy (and by puppy, I mean all the way up to 2 years old), he had no shame. Almost every time he sat, he exposed himself. The “lipstick” comments were too much to bear. Big dog. Black fur. It stands out. Thankfully he seemed to just grow out of it.

  5. This really made me laugh because I know exactly what you mean. I have posted a few pics of Max before I noticed the “lipstick”. I am more careful now. (Notice that my profile pic is cropped.)

  6. Kari, great pictures in both versions. Good editing skills for the bowdlerized ones! Susan
