I gave him the peanut butter jar. I put it right exactly there. Then I lay down for a nap and awoke to the sounds of the party hat being crumpled and the gift bag being torn. The peanut butter jar remained untouched.

Ripping a bag apart definitely seems more fun than licking an empty peanut butter jar. You have a very creative dog who can entertain himself. Good job Leo.
He never does this when we’re not home. I think he goes into a power reserve mode waiting for us to get back. Unfortunately I have accidentally trained him to do this kind of thing when he wants to get my attention.
