Jonesin’ for a beef marrow bone

Leo has a funny way of running around with a bone in his mouth, looking for a place to hide it, before finally giving up, and plopping down next to Mia to eat it.

Here I’ve given them each a beef center bone from Jones Natural Chews:

And now… the winner of the Jones Natural Chews Canine Christmas Crunchers stocking …

  1. That reminds me so of our dog Tino. He would do the same thing, wander around looking for the ‘right’ spot. He buried many of them – bones and toys, I still find some buried in our yard even though he’s been gone over 4 years now.

  2. Oh gosh… memories of our beagle and how she would do that too! Walk around looking for the perfect place. She’d often “bury” things in the sofa – pushing imaginary dirt over it with her face. Such a nut. Congrats to the winner!!!

  3. I have never seen a dog actually do that. How funny. My pig dogs eat it as quickly as possible, hoping they can steal what’s left of the other dog’s treat.
